I placed an order to Bluebird Grains a few months ago to source some of their Pasayten white wheat berries. I added a one-pound bag of their Potlatch Pilaf at the last moment to give it a try. I had a slight problem with the pilaf in that I didn't order a big enough bag! I served the "Potlatch Pilaf with Shallots and White Wine" (closely followed the recipe of the bag) on New Year's eve with grilled steaks and a fine bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. The meld of flavors was superb. The recipe says it will serve 4-6 people, but could easily serve six people and maybe eight people. I will include a four pound bag of the Potlatch Pilaf on my next order. Don't hesitate to give this pilaf a try!!

Potlatch Pilaf might take the cake for my favorite Bluebird product. It's delicious, easy, and has a flavor combination that is sure to please. Get this grain!
